• Exchange is limited to the same item for a size change and cannot be processed for items in different categories.
• To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.

• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Gift cards.

3. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

• Please securely pack the item(s) and include the original packing slip or a note with your name and order number.

6. Inspection and Processing:
• Returned items will undergo a thorough inspection.
